If you change your mind after purchasing, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.  

Items that have been opened, assembled, used, damaged, or are not in original packaging are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been used, installed, or altered

• Products not in their original packaging

• Customised or special-order items

Free Pickup: Free collection available from our Christchurch Factory. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
